Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Establish effective communication with qualified leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, fostering productive relationships.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that clearly highlight the value of our offerings.
- Negotiation Skills: Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction and effectively closing deals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations for continuous improvement in business development strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B or Enterprise sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
