Key Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Engagement: Establish effective communication with qualified leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, fostering productive relationships.  
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating the value of our products and services. 
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution. 
  • Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that clearly highlight the value of our offerings. 
  • Negotiation Skills: Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction and effectively closing deals. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations for continuous improvement in business development strategies.  

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.  
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B or Enterprise sales. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. 
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities. 
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
