Responsibilities :
- Data entry of loan application information into lender platforms
- Assist with processing & tracking home loans from pre-submission through to post-settlement
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests, including new requests, changed requests, refinancing and annual due diligence, and present the recommendations to the Broker
- Liaise with customers to request supporting documentation and update them on the progress of their application
- Form relationships and communicate with (mostly Australian) customers, lenders, referrers, and other business agents
- Keep active notes and manage applications in a dedicated Customer Relation Management (CRM) platform
- Assist in ensuring compliance processes are followed and maintained
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Contribute to the development of client education events and resources, where required.
