Responsibilities:

• Review and process mortgage loan applications for completeness and accuracy
• Ensure all required documents are collected and meet lender requirements
• Submit applications to lenders and follow up on approvals
• Liaise with lenders, brokers, and clients to gather and verify necessary documents
• Track loan conditions, valuations, and settlements to ensure timely approvals
• Keep clients and brokers updated on the loan progress
• Ensure all loan applications comply with lender policies and industry regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all applications and communications
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies or additional requirements from lenders
• Coordinate loan settlement and liaise with solicitors, banks, and clients
• Assist in handling loan variations, discharges, and refinances
• Provide after-settlement support for clients as needed
