Jagdamba Construction Solution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Butwal branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, managing teams, and ensuring excellent customer service while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities:

 Manage overall branch operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service of Heavy Equipments. 
 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
 Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch team for optimal performance.
 Ensure timely stock management and maintain proper coordination with suppliers.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders.
 Monitor financial transactions, control expenses, and ensure profitability.
 Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
 Prepare reports on branch performance and present to senior management.

Job Specifications:

Qualifications & Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
 Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, operations, or branch management (preferably in the construction or building materials industry).

Skills & Competencies:

 Strong leadership and team management skills.
