Job Description

  • Develop and Implement sales plan and meet monthly sales target.
  • Ensure timely response to new service installations and troubleshoot requests.
  • Meet operations/logistics targets based branches to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Field Services.
  • Ensure prompt response and effective customer service to customers, both in the field and those visiting the branch offices.
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly. 
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Responsible for overall operations of the branches including sales, customer services, human resources, and administration.
Other Specification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supervisory role with at least Bachelor’s Degree in related field. 
  • Must be willing to relocate outside valley and extensive field visits.
  • Proven Record of leading and coaching a team to achieve targets.
  • Working Knowledge of sales, admin and finance in a branch setting will be an added advantage.
  • Mature, self-motivated and result driven attitude.
  • Strong oral and written communication. Strong Customer Service Skills.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and during odd hours.
