Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer experience strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, products, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Monitor and report on key customer experience metrics and KPIs.
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty programs.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on customer experience best practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preference will be given to those who have experience in customer experience management, preferably in an enterprise setting.
Duty Station:
Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs.
