Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager to oversee claim settlement, Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities, and sales coordination for our Two-Wheeler (2W) division. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth sales operations, manage claims, and execute BTL strategies to boost brand visibility and revenue.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Claim Settlement & Customer Support:

 Handle warranty claims, insurance claims, and service-related settlements efficiently.
 Coordinate with dealers, customers, and service teams to ensure timely claim processing.
 Maintain accurate records of claims and generate periodic reports.
 Address customer grievances related to claims and after-sales service.

2. BTL Marketing & Branding Activities:

 Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns (roadshows, dealership activations, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs).
 Monitor local branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
 Develop promotional materials and coordinate with vendors for effective campaign execution.
 Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

3. Sales Coordination & Support:

 Act as a bridge between dealers, sales teams, and management to ensure smooth operations.
 Track sales performance, dealer stock levels, and order processing.
 Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and promotional offers for dealers.
 Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing necessary data and marketing support.

Job Specifications:

Qualifications & Experience:

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or claim handling (preferably in the two-wheeler or automobile industry).

Skills & Competencies:

 Strong knowledge of warranty policies, insurance claim processes, and BTL marketing.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.
 Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

 Willingness to travel for dealer visits, marketing campaigns, and sales support.
 Passion for the automobile sector, particularly the two-wheeler industry.
