- 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.

Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical) in compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
- Support the coordination and execution of HR initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and internal communications.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, attendance, leaves, and other general concerns.
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records using HR software or manual systems.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
- Support performance management processes and documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and safe handling of sensitive HR information
