- Prepare, organize, and maintain all necessary documentation for internal and external use

- Keep up-to-date with immigration and educational policies and procedures and provide guidance to clients
- Collaborate with team members to streamline application processes and improve customer satisfaction
- Liaise with relevant authorities and agencies for document processing and approvals
- Support marketing efforts by optimizing document management processes for SEO and attracting potential clients
