- Greet and assist walk-in visitors in a professional and friendly manner, providing accurate information about programs and admissions requirements.
- Manage phone calls and email inquiries, delivering prompt and helpful responses.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate student onboarding and orientation.
- Participate in recruitment events such as education fairs, school visits, open houses, and webinars.
- Ensure all interactions reflect the values and brand of The British College.
