Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using TALLY accounting software, specifically tailored to a manufacturing environment.
• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss accounts (P&L), Balance Sheets (BS), and Cash Flow Statements (CFS).
• Design and maintain an effective Chart of Accounts for precision in reporting.
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledgers.
• Generate periodic management information reports (MIS) to assist in decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Communicate effectively with banks and external parties, preparing necessary documentation in fluent English.
• Meet strict deadlines and deliver high-quality work without time-tracking dependency.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Support audits and assist in internal financial reviews as needed.
