- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related role
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken) is required
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and general computer applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software (preferred)
- Knowledge of U.S. accounting principles or willingness to learn (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively
