Qualifications & Skills:

• Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.  
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting (preferably in an import/export company).  
• Proficiency in Tally software, MS office, excel.
• Strong knowledge of import, forex transactions, and banking procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with customs clearance and international trade regulations.
• Knowledge of LCs, foreign exchange, and taxation for imports.

• Working Hour: 9:30am-6:30pm 
• Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Having two-wheelers with a driving license are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements
• Handle daily administrative tasks related to financial operations and record-keeping
• Process, follow-up on, and reconcile invoices and payments
• Monitor and manage Letters of Credit (LC) for international transactions
• Manage import documentation, including invoices, bills of entry, and customs duties
• Reconcile bank statements, foreign exchange transactions, and vendor accounts
