Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Review day-to-day factory operations to ensure smooth financial management.
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor financial details to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and financial trends to assist in decision-making.
• Provide financial forecasts and support management in strategic financial planning.
• Assist in internal and statutory audits, ensuring transparency and compliance.
• Visit the factory at month-end for financial closing and operational assessments.
• Review and process company payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
• Participate in implementing changes to procedures, policies, and systems to support business growth, compliance, and scalability.
